Denver County Jail

We post bonds electronically at the Denver County Jail. Booking and release windows shift through the day; on the call we tell you what we’re seeing right now and a realistic 2–4 hour release window.

Denver County Court & City courts

Felony, misdemeanor, traffic, and ordinance dockets — we know the appearance schedules, the magistrates, and the standard release conditions.

A real bondsman, two blocks away

We are physically based at 1304 Elati Street. If a paper signature is required for any reason, we can be face-to-face faster than most bondsmen who call themselves "Denver."

Online application & e-posting

For most Denver-area bonds, the application, contract, payment, and bond posting all happen on your phone — no trip to the jail required.

Denver bail bond FAQ

How long does a Denver County Jail release take?

Most releases happen within 2 to 4 hours after the bond is posted electronically. Booking-queue volume, shift changes, and additional holds can extend the window — we keep you updated as we see it.

Is the office really at 1304 Elati Street?

Yes. The same Denver office has been answering this number since 1988. Walk-ins are welcome by appointment after a phone call.

Do you handle Denver felony and misdemeanor bonds?

Yes — for any bond eligible to be posted as a surety bond. We cannot post court-ordered cash-only bonds (no bail agent in Colorado can). On the first call we will tell you which type your bond is.

What about Denver Sheriff Department holds?

On Denver Sheriff holds, we follow the same process as a standard Denver County booking. If there is an additional hold from another jurisdiction, we will explain how that affects the release sequence.
