Express Bail Bonds collects only the information needed to evaluate and post a bail bond and to comply with Colorado bail-bond licensing and court reporting requirements.

What we collect

Defendant information — full legal name, date of birth, booking number, charges, and bond amount as supplied by you or by the holding facility.
Cosigner information — full legal name, date of birth, contact details, Social Security number, government-issued photo identification, proof of income, and proof of address.
Communication records — phone, text, and email exchanges related to the bond.
Payment information — processed by our payment provider; we retain transaction records as required by Colorado statute and our underwriter.

How we use it

To evaluate, write, and post the bail bond.
To comply with court appearance reporting and reminder obligations.
To comply with Colorado Division of Insurance bail-bond licensing recordkeeping requirements.
To communicate with the cosigner and defendant about the bond and the case.

We share information only as required to:

Post the bond and confirm posting with the holding facility.
Comply with court orders, subpoenas, and applicable law.
Coordinate with our underwriter on the surety relationship.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

How long we keep it

Bail-bond records are retained for the duration of the bond and for the period required by Colorado statute and our underwriter — typically several years after the case concludes.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or — to the extent permitted by law — deletion of your personal information by emailing mark@expressbailbonds.com or calling (720) 984-2245.
